混凝土搅拌机是生产混凝土的主要设备，混凝土搅拌机是把水泥、砂石骨料和水混合并拌制成混凝土混合料的机械。在使用过程中要注意日常保养，如果不注意保养，可能会出现抱轴的情况，混凝土搅拌机出现抱轴的原因也是有多种的。

2、混凝土搅拌机进水管与冲水位置原因。冲水点位置和冲洗方向不正确的话，又或者是冲水压力过低，导致水在进入主机内部后，不能将暂时粘结在轴上的混凝土冲洗掉，则时间久了就容易形成抱轴。
