3、清理干净搅拌筒内外积污及残存的混凝土渣块时，以及在机修人员进入筒内进行检修和焊补作业时，需先关闭自上料水泥搅拌机发动机，使搅拌筒完全停止转动。在机修人员进入筒内工作期间，应该保障拌筒内通风良好，空气新鲜，无可然气体及有害灰尘，氧气供应充足。在筒内使用电动工具操作时，操作人员应该有良好的绝缘保护。
3.
