一、了解搅拌车罐体的工作原理：发动机取力器—液压泵—液压马达—减速机—罐体

三、寻找故障：发生故障应及时停车，听发动机到减速机各个部件是否有异响;看看散热器和减速机里油位是否正常，扳动操纵杆看正反转是否都无转动。

在马达和减速机都无问题的情况下，用应急油管连接到救援车把混凝土放出来。

减速机或马达出现故障，应把罐体上应急孔打开，保证应急孔超下，有大量水冲刷罐体内部防止凝固。

In case of reducer or motor failure, the emergency hole on the tank should be opened to ensure that the emergency hole is super low and a large amount of water washes the inside of the tank to prevent solidification.

混凝土搅拌车在日常使用是应注意保养，经常检查齿轮油是否足够，如果发现减速机出现异响处理方法：

、如果在使用过程中发现减速机异响应做以下检查：

检查减速机内齿轮油是否足够，放出少量齿轮油看是否发黑变质，检查减速机是否受到外力冲击

如发现油里有许多铁削可以肯定减速机内部齿轮已经受损磨坏，在这种情况下应立刻更换新减速机。

、在车辆重灾情况下出现异响：检查减速机上法兰盘螺丝是否松动，及时紧固螺丝。

、减速机出现嗡嗡响声：检查减速机内油是否发生变质或杂质，如果发现齿轮油没有异常状况，可以肯定减速机使用正常，需要坚持液压泵、马达的工作状况。
