1、脱层，橡胶之间发生了周向裂口或着是分层。

1. Delamination, circumferential cracks or delamination between rubbers.

造成脱层的原因：

Causes of delamination:

（1）胶料中可能含有水分户或者是其他杂物，尤其是纤维胶在储运的过程中被雨水、杂物污染。

(1) The rubber may contain water or other sundries, especially the fiber rubber is polluted by rainwater and sundries during storage and transportation.

（2）胎胚保温不良、硫化机的温度波动造成了欠硫。

(2) Poor heat preservation of embryo and temperature fluctuation of vulcanizer caused sulfur deficiency.

（3）胎胚成型太早而且停放时间太长，造成了胎胚胶料的自硫。

(3) The formation of the embryo is too early and the storage time is too long, resulting in the self sulfur of the rubber in the center of the embryo.

（4）使用时超载、超速运行。

发生掉块的原因：

（1）硫化时间到后没及时开模，造成过硫、老化。

（2）胶料混炼、热炼不均匀。

(2) Uneven rubber mixing and heat mixing.

（3）胎胚保温不良、硫化机温度波动造成欠硫。

(3) Insufficient sulfur is caused by poor heat preservation of embryo and temperature fluctuation of vulcanizer.

（4）使用环境比较差，所以被外力割伤。

(4) The service environment is poor, so I was cut by external force.

（5）使用环境中含有化学物品腐蚀。
